Last week’s adventures! 4/11
We started off the week by getting rid of the “Sunday scaries” by watching Jurassic park complete with snacks and popcorn! Monday we ventured out to the Downtown branch of the Chattanooga Library in order to take little E to Baby Bounce, which he actually stayed awake for an enjoyed. If you haven’t made home made mini doughnuts, they’re a real treat! I will post my recipe in the recipe groups forum. :)
Tuesday, before our ball game, we went for a mommy walk with Tayla from birthandbreathtn from instagram. This group is a great way for mamas and babies to get together and go for easy walks around Chattanooga TN. She does walks every month during the week and a few on the weekends.
Wednesday was my favorite day, and the worst due to ball practice, sine we went library hopping! We started downtown Chattanooga again at the public library for preschool storytime. Benjamin loved getting to play with playdough and interact with other children his age. If you ever go to the Chattanooga library downtown branch, check to see if the green sign is out front. If it is you can park in the EPB garage, located right across the street, up to 2 hours for free. Just let them know your license plate at the front desk. After this story time we drove 30 minutes to the small Soddy Daisy Community library. This library deserves its own post! They do so much for our small community!
Thursday and Friday were both chill days picking up Cece at the airport, playing board games at home, and mommy’s book club(again shout out to Soddy Daisy Community Library). Saturday will be filled with mommy hair cut, a birthday party, and an egg hunt at the zoo hosted by VW!
Next week we plan another movie night on Sunday . Next is not one, but two ball games, library hopping, and grocery shopping. We will be ending the week with my favorite, cheering on the Chattanooga Football Club as they face Crown Legacy FC at 7:00 at Finley stadium! Vamos CFC!
